Base plastering compound for modeled Arte-Grunt plasters..
Product description
Arte-Grunt is a priming plaster mass intended for preparation of the base for modeled plasters. It can be used on all even and sound mineral substrates, such as concrete, gypsum, traditional cement or cement-lime plasters, gypsum boards and others. Can be used inside and outside the building.
Features:
Arte-Grunt is a ready-to-use mass produced on the basis of synthetic resins and quartz flour. It is a white primer. We also offer other colors at the recipient's request. Arte-Grunt is an efficient, convenient and easy to use product. The filler content gives the primed surface roughness, which facilitates the application of subsequent layers, and also increases the adhesion of the plaster to the substrate. The use of Arte-Grunt plastering compound not only improves adhesion but also limits the possibility of staining on the surface of modeled plaster, formed as a result of improper surface preparation or its properties.
Substrate preparation:
The substrate should be stable, even and strong enough, cleaned of layers that can weaken adhesion, especially dust, dirt, lime, oil, grease and wax. Old paint and plaster coatings with insufficient adhesion should be removed. Unevenness and defects should be leveled and removed.
Usage:
Arte-Grunt undercoat plaster is delivered ready to use. It must not be combined with other materials, diluted or thickened. Immediately before use, the mass should be mixed to even out consistency. Arte-Grunt primer should be spread on the prepared surface (evenly over the entire surface) using a brush or roller. Do not apply mass at temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius. Plastering of the surface can be started after the mass has dried completely (about 5-6 hours from the moment of application).
Characteristic:
* Ready to use
* For indoor and outdoor use
* Facilitates the application of plasters
* Improves grip
* Equalizes the absorbency of the substrate
* Gives the primed surface roughness
