The silane technology of FIS SB injection mortar ensures extremely high strength of glued bonding, and thus resistance to extremely high load levels. The European ETA approval for cracked and non-cracked concrete and the area of seismic activity offers additional fastening security. Fischer FIS SB injection mortar is intended for system components of fastening inside and outside buildings. The mortar can be used with FIS A threaded rods, RG MI internal threaded anchors and FRA reinforcement anchors, as well as reinforcing bars. Variable anchoring depths optimize assembly time and material consumption. Installation temperatures from -15 to +150 C, depending on the mortar version.

Functioning
- FIS SB injection mortar is made on the basis of hybrid vinyl esters in silane technology. The mortar is suitable for pre-installation and through installation and can be used with FIS A threaded rods or RG MI internal thread anchors.
- The resin and hardener are placed in two separate containers and remain unmixed and inactive until they are squeezed out by the static mixer.
- The mortar is squeezed without air bubbles from the bottom of the hole.
- The mortar binds the entire surface of the rod to the walls of the hole and completely closes the hole.
- For through installation, the annular gap between the rod and the fixture is filled with FIS SB injection mortar.
