The Knauf Dual Floor light floor system is a dry screed system consisting of two layers of plasterboard. It has a low weight, which makes it an excellent alternative to various types of traditional spouts.

The Knauf Dual Floor dry screed system is composed of hard plasterboard with dimensions of 600 x 1800 mm and a thickness of 12.5 mm. These panels are double-layered and full-surface glued with Knauf Fugenfüller. In addition, they are stapled with 23 mm long staples. The second layer of panels is arranged with a certain offset (by ½ of the panel in each direction relative to the first panel).

Knauf Dual Floor boards can be laid on various types of sleepers: ballast, foamed polystyrene, mineral wool, fiberboard and others. Everything depends on the condition of the substrate and the features the new floor will have. The low weight (about 23.4 kg / m2) allows these systems to be used also on wooden beam ceilings. They are also perfect for monolithic ceilings and ceilings on steel beams.

The Knauf Dual Floor dry screed, thanks to its unique technology, enables very fast execution or replacement of the floor and cladding. 180 x 60 cm Knauf Dual Floor boards are very handy, thanks to which they can be easily moved and transported even in embarrassing places, such as narrow corridors or narrow staircases. The boards are light, so they can easily be lifted by one person.
