Product description

Special hydraulic binder with adjustable shrinkage, normal setting time and fast drying time (4 days), for mixing with aggregate to obtain mortar for making cementitious screeds on existing and new substrates before installing cladding, such as parquet, ceramics, natural stone , PVC floor coverings and linoleum, textile and rubber floor coverings.

FIELD OF APPLICATION
Preparation of both floating and ground-based underlays, on existing or new substrates, before laying wood, PVC, linoleum, carpet, ceramic tiles, natural stone and other floor coverings where a short drying time is required due to the required fast floor assembly date. It can be used both inside and outside buildings.

TECHNICAL DATA:
Recommended mixing ratio: 1 bag of 20 kg TOPCEM with 140-160 kg of aggregate (diameter 0-8 mm) and 110-130 l of water, with dry aggregate.
Maximum usage time: 40-60 min.
Traffic load: after 12 hours
Waiting time before installation: ceramic tiles - 24 hours, natural stone - 2 days, parquet and carpet - 4 days.
Residual humidity after 4 days: less than 2%.
Application: manually or by machine, then compacting and smoothing with a long smooth trowel (patch).
EMICODE: EC1PLUS R - very low VOC emissions.
Storage: 12 months
Consumption: 2-2.5 kg / m² per cm of layer thickness.
Packaging: 20 kg bags.
