Pre-mixed, ready-to-use mortar (the so-called dry screed) for making quick-drying and quick-setting (4 days) cementitious screeds with compensated shrinkage on existing and new substrates before installing cladding, such as parquet, ceramics, natural stone, PVC linings and linoleum, textile and rubber floor coverings.

FIELD OF APPLICATION
Execution of floating and ground foundations on new and existing substrates, inside and outside the building. As a primer for wooden cladding, PVC, linoleum, ceramic tiles, natural stone, carpet and other floor coverings in the event that it is necessary to use quick-drying underlays to reduce the time of execution.

Recommended mixing ratio: 1 bag of 25 kg TOPCEM PRONTO for a maximum of 1.7 l of water.
Maximum usage time: 40-60 min.
Traffic load: after 12 hours
Waiting time before installation: ceramic tiles - 24 hours, natural stone - 2 days, parquet and carpet - 4 days.
Residual humidity after 4 days: less than 2%.
Application: manually or by machine, then compacting and smoothing with a long smooth trowel (patch).
