The RG MI internal thread anchor is made of galvanized steel. The internal threaded anchor belongs to the system accessories that work with different fischer cartridges and injection mortars. The use of mortar with cartridges in a fixed volume is particularly cost-effective for disposable fixings. When using a resin ampoule, the RG MI anchor should be rotated with hammering using a hammer drill. The ampoule is broken during deposition and mixing and activation of the mortar takes place. When introducing the injection mortar, the internal thread anchor is pressed into the hole by hand with gentle rotation. The mortar connects the entire surface of the RG MI anchor and the wall of the hole. The internal threaded anchor allows multiple mounting of fasteners, e.g. for fastening temporary machine components inside buildings.

Functioning
For use with resin ampoules:
- The internally threaded RG MI rod is mounted by hammer drilling with a suitable tool, making a rotational movement while driving the rod.
- During deposition, the oblique edge of the internally threaded rod breaks the ampoule, mixes the ingredients and activates the resin.
For use with resin ampoules:
- The RG MI rod is placed by hand by gently rotating until it reaches the bottom of the drilled hole.
- The mortar joins the entire surface of the internally threaded rod and hole wall, sealing the mounting point.
