SUPERAKUSTIC floor expanded polystyrene boards are a specially modified version of expanded polystyrene produced by expanding polystyrene. They are produced in the dimensions 1000 x 500 [mm]. Plate thicknesses 17/15; 22/20; 27/25; 33/30; 38/35; 43/40; 53/50 [mm] (unloaded board thickness / board thickness under load with a 50 mm thick cement screed)
SUPERAKUSTIC floor expanded polystyrene boards are designed to perform an insulation layer laid under the floor underlay in floating floors, in order to suppress shock sounds. The boards can be used in rooms for which the service load of floors on the leveling layer does not exceed 4.0 kN / m 2 (400 kG / m 2 ).
Floor systems with the use of SUPERAKUSTIC floor foam boards can be used in residential (multi-family and single-family), general and public buildings, both newly built and modernized.
