A polymer-bituminous, quick-drying preparation for preparing the substrate for bituminous roofing, roofing and foundation waterproofing. Thanks to polymerization technology, surfaces with very high adhesion are obtained. In addition, it creates moisture protection on vertical and horizontal surfaces of road, rail, industrial facilities, etc. The product does not contain solvents - it is safe for the environment and odorless.
