A water-borne protective agent based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. It is used for impregnation of substrates such as bricks, sand-lime bricks, mortars, non-structural concrete, natural sandstone, plastered and mineral facades. For use, among others for facades of residential, office, industrial and warehouse buildings, roofing made of ceramic tiles.
