Product description

Fischer FIS V high performance mortar is a universal product that meets the highest requirements. A vinyl ester based mortar without styrene along with numerous fasteners is approved for fastenings in cracked and non-cracked concrete and in masonry. However, injection mortar is also used in approved reinforcement connection systems, fischer VBS 8 wall repair anchors, fischer FWS II curtain wall repair systems, and Thermax thermal barrier systems. The FIS VS LOW SPEED version offers extended processing times at higher operating temperatures or greater hole depths. The short curing time of the FIS version VW HIGH SPEED ensures quick work progress even at low temperatures.

Functioning
  • FIS V is a 2-component hybrid injection mortar based on vinyl esters.
  • The resin and hardener are placed in two separate containers and remain unmixed and inactive until they are squeezed out by the static mixer.
  • The mortar is squeezed without air bubbles from the bottom of the hole.
  • The mortar binds the entire surface of the rod to the walls of the hole and completely closes the hole.
  • Injection cartridges can be easily and quickly used thanks to fischer dispensers.
  • Partially used packaging can be reused after replacing the mixer.
