Product description

Fischer FIS VL injection mortar is a hybrid mortar based on vinyl ester with approval for standard fasteners in cracked concrete and masonry. FIS VL mortar is introduced using approved system components such as the fischer FIS A threaded rod and the fischer RG MI internal thread anchor inside and out. The thermal resistance of FIS VL mortar in the range from -40 C to +120 C enables a stable level of loads even when exposed to extreme temperatures, ensuring high flexibility. The short curing time of the FIS VL HIGH SPEED version ensures fast work progress even at low temperatures.

functionality
  • FIS VL is a 2-component injection mortar based on vinyl esters.
  • The resin and hardener are placed in two separate containers and remain unmixed and inactive until they are squeezed out by the static mixer.
  • Then the hole is filled with mortar from below without creating air bubbles.
  • The mortar binds the entire surface of the rod to the walls of the hole and completely closes the hole.
  • The 410 ml coaxial cartridge can be easily squeezed with a FIS AC injection gun.
  • Partially used packaging can be reused after replacing the mixer.
