A fast-acting thixotropic mortar with adjustable shrinkage for surface repairs, used in the layer thickness range of 1 to 40 mm.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
Repair of damaged vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces.
Examples of use
• Quick repair of balcony cornices damaged due to corrosion of reinforcement.
• Quick repairs of damaged corners of structural elements, reinforced concrete beams, columns and slabs.
• Quick repair of prefabricated elements damaged during transport or loading.
• Repair of damaged concrete pipes.
• Quick repair of surface defects in concrete, eg gravel nests, joints or holes on the formwork tie bars.
• Quick repair of local defects in cementitious screeds.
TECHNICAL DATA:
Maximum aggregate diameter: 0.5 mm.
Mixing proportions: 100 parts PLANITOP 400 with 15-16 parts water.
Maximum time of use: about 10 min (at + 20 ° C).
Minimum layer thickness: 1 mm.
Maximum thickness of one layer: 4 cm per layer.
Application: trowel.
Storage: 12 months
Consumption: 18.5 kg / m2 per 10 mm thick.
Packaging: 25 kg and 4x5 kg bags.
